Learning to see and use darkness and low-key environments can make for some incredibly thought-provoking and cinematic images. There’s beauty in mystery, in the unknown and invisible – and with images that embrace shadows; they tend to feel deeper. Similar to poetry. Take it as you like on the surface, but there can be so much more if you really absorb it all in.
